Introduction
The Bachelor's Degree in Restoration of Movable Property is a higher-level educational modality dedicated to training professional restorers capable of designing, coordinating, and executing comprehensive restoration projects, aimed at addressing the needs and problems of various objects that are part of the cultural heritage.
As a student of this degree, you will have the opportunity to:
• Work with authentic cultural assets from museums, archives, and various collections, such as archaeological pieces, works of art, historical documents, and objects of worship, among others.
• Participate in field practices and real projects for the conservation and restoration of cultural heritage at the national level.
• Carry out exchanges and academic stays in the country and abroad.
This degree will provide you with the methodological bases to intervene in cultural assets of a different nature and will allow you to develop the technical and conceptual skills that are required for their conservation and restoration.
All this fostering critical thinking and ethical vision, as well as the sensitivity to assess, contextualize, diagnose, preserve and restore various objects and collections, both in the public and private spheres, applying current criteria at the national and international level.
