Our program is designed to equip students with a comprehensive teaching education as well as certification to teach Kindergarten through 12th grade in the state of South Carolina.
Like all Claflin University students, students majoring in Art Education will start with general education requirements, which includes history, communications, science, the humanities and philosophy. Art Education coursework begins during the first year of study.
