Business Bachelor Top-Up Degree This is a flexible academic programme that gives an international perspective, combining two years at Globe College in Munich with the third and final year of the degree abroad in Ireland, UK or further afield. Students who successfully complete the first two years in Munich are awarded a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies. This qualification allows these candidates to progress to the third year of a Bachelor degree in Business at our partner universities all over the world (see the "Progression" tab for a list of universities). This programme is ideal for students who are looking for a very practically orientated third level education that is international in nature and taught completely in English. It is also ideal for students who would like to study business but do not have the required entry requirements for traditional university programmes. Over the two years students study 16 subjects in key business areas such as Marketing, Management, Organisational Behaviour, Ethics, Professional and Personal Development, Decision Making, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems and Law. Students can then progress to complete the third year of their Business Bachelor degree in universities around the world. Entry Requirements Students who apply for this programme must have a recognised high school leaving certificate, for example a High School Diploma, IBCP or Realschulabschluss (Mittlere Reife). Evidence of English language abilities must be provided (either through a recognised test or at one of our interactive workshops). All students who apply for this programme are required to undertake a “Golden Ticket” weekend workshop assessment or equivalent interactive event (please contact admissions@globe-college.com for more information). Fees The fees for the Business Bachelor Top-Up degree programme are 8,000 Euros per term (there are two terms per year over the two years). Semesters run from September to January, and February to May. A one-off application fee of 380 Euros is also applicable.
