Learn to do business across international borders.
The major includes a comprehensive set of business courses, a minor in one language (or the equivalent number of credits in more than one language) and an international internship. Several current internship programs have specific language requirements, so it is wise to check with your advisor when planning your course load.
In addition to language proficiency, cultural understanding is an important dimension of the major. Students will gain both understanding and proficiency in one of five language areas: Chinese, French, German Norwegian or Spanish. Upon approval by the director of the program, additional languages could also be considered.
