Bachelor of Business Administration
M.S.O.E.’s Rader School of Business has been offering business and management degrees for nearly 60 years.
Face the challenges of the dynamic global marketplace with confidence as a graduate of the Rader School of Business. M.S.O.E.’s industry-driven and technology-focused Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree prepares students for success in business and beyond.
Today’s dynamic business environment calls for globally-minded professionals and critical thinkers; leaders who are as technologically savvy as they are innovative. The Rader School of Business BBA takes students beyond the boundaries of core business concepts into real-world trends and emerging technology, emphasizing experiential learning that nourishes the entrepreneurial spirit.
All students pursuing a BBA degree take the R.S.O.B. core curriculum, which provides a broad-based exploration of business theory. Students apply what they learn by working alongside expert faculty and with corporate and non-profit partners through internships. Managerial and leadership skill-building opportunities are incorporated throughout the core curriculum and further enhanced in the senior capstone project.
Students complement this curriculum with one of four specializations that represent growing business fields, including: Finance, Information Technology, International Supply Chain and Logistics, and Marketing.
The growth of international business has created an increasing demand for professionals who are tapped into the global market. Students can expand their knowledge of global business through flexible study-abroad programs. The proven ability to adapt to new situations and communicate with people from other cultures gives students a well-rounded business education. M.S.O.E.’s current opportunities include study in the Czech Republic, France, Germany, and Italy, as well as short-term programs in other countries.
Graduates from the Rader School of Business are employed by:
- Brady Corp.
- Northwestern Mutual
- Rockwell Automation
Successful organizations hire graduates who have a unique blend of technical skills, business knowledge, and practical experience. They are innovative leaders who are up for the challenges of working in a dynamic business environment. R.S.O.B. graduates leave M.S.O.E. with the power to transform business and make a positive impact in the local and global marketplace.
Depending on the area of specialization, graduates could help launch a major marketing campaign; manage a department, division or entire business; or make a company more efficient with supply chain and logistics knowledge. Students can choose the career path that best aligns with their interests and talents.
