Introduction
Our BA program with a focus on HRM and leadership prepares students for a variety of careers in general management and HR organizational settings. The program highlights the value of understanding the impact of HR management and leadership practices for organizational success. Students will acquire analytical competences, critical thinking, problem-solving and reflective skills to make informed and fact-driven HR management decisions. Our curriculum is based on thought-provoking lectures, practical business application and creative workshop approaches. The program also entails an internship placement, which encourages students to apply the acquired business knowledge and skills, and also enriches their CV along the way.
APPLICATION FOR STUDY PROGRAMS (COVID -19 UPDATE)
Q1. Is the Application Process the same?
Yes, we are accepting applications for Fall Intake 2021 for new and transfer students. We continue to receive applications and make offers to students, including international applicants. If you have not yet applied but plan to do so, you should apply as scheduled. Our team can advise you on all aspects of studying at Berlin International.

Q2. What is the Application Deadline?
We accept applications for start into Spring Semester 2021 only for transfers into a higher semester from 14th December 2020 until 15th February 2021.
We accept applications for start into Fall Semester 2021/22 for new and transfer students from 14th December 2020 until 31st August 2021.
Q3. How can I apply for a visa if the embassies are closed?
Please contact the German embassy or consulate in your home country to find out about the visa process in the current situation.
Q4. If my visa is delayed, how late can I start and how can I keep up with my coursework?
We hope to resume regular teaching on campus as soon as possible, starting with the Fall Semester 2021 at the latest.
However, if the pandemic continues, we have the option of offering hybrid teaching, which we have already done successfully in the Fall Semester of 2020. In case, we will offer virtual teaching opportunities for students who are unable to begin their studies on campus on time due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or visa delays. These students can begin their studies online from their home country and then continue their studies on campus once they are able to travel to Germany.
If the pandemic continues, we can guarantee that we will offer online classes in parallel with face-to-face classes for the entire first semester.
Q5. If the COVID-19 pandemic continues, what happens if a new student does not want to take the online courses that would be offered as substitute for on-campus classes?
If the pandemic continues at the start of the Fall Semester 2021, we will offer virtual teaching opportunities for new students who are unable to begin their studies on campus in time due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or visa delays.
However, if new students to not wish to begin their courses online, they may also defer their start date to the next Fall Intake 2022 at no charge. New students must start in the fall; they cannot start in spring.
