You'll learn to:
understand how to spot opportunities
create value through effective business model design
develop new products and services and bring them to market
foster creativity and manage innovation within an organisation
If you have a new business idea that you're passionate about, this course will help you bring it to life in a supported environment. You'll be able to develop your idea through our practical modules, and you'll get lots of support from our dedicated start-up team.
But you don't need a business idea to do this course. Many of our graduates apply their skills in managing innovation, new products and growth in an existing business.
