The Virtual Undergraduate in Occupational Health and Safety Administration (SNIES 109058) aims to train professionals who are capable of identifying, assessing and improving the working conditions and health of workers in order to prevent accidents and occupational diseases aiming for well-being and quality of life at work.
By studying undergraduate you respond to the social need to protect citizens in their occupational and work environments, making them safe and healthy under a risk management approach.
The undergraduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety Administration is focused on the development of competencies for leadership, decision-making in matters of occupational safety and health, as well as, for the design and implementation of management systems , aspects of great importance for the Colombian business fabric.

According to the International Labor Organization, two million workers die each year from occupational diseases and accidents; For this reason, the world is giving more and more importance to the attention of Health and Safety at Work (OSH) in order to minimize these adverse effects and, on the contrary, to achieve jobs in dignified conditions and well-being for all workers. Currently, Colombian companies are required to have experts who manage Safety and Health at Work.
