The human resource management profession always puts the construction of the teaching staff in the strategic position of priority development, and adopts various practical measures to optimize the structure of the teaching staff and improve the overall quality. There are 10 full-time teachers in the profession, including 9 doctors and 1 master, all of whom graduated from domestic first-class universities such as Renmin University of China, Zhejiang University, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The average age of teachers is 40 years old, young and energetic, able to communicate with students better. Professional teachers have fruitful scientific research achievements and have a certain influence in the academic circle and society. They have presided over a number of provincial and ministerial projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Social Science Foundation of China, and the Ministry of Education. Published many papers in core journals at home and abroad, and published many monographs and teaching materials.
