MENA College of Management (MCM) is an institution of higher education located in Dubai International Academic City, licensed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR) and Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).

MCM realizes the needs of the market in the MENA region and in turn offers four well- designed Bachelor programs.

In addition to providing high quality higher education, MENA College of Management revels in a multicultural environment that has excellent facilities and supportive faculty members who come from various parts of the world.

As managers they will be able to formulate employee policies and practices and manage employee performance, helping to promote the organization’s strategic goals. Program Goals Develop the student’s ability to think critically and analyze opportunities to improve organizational performance through human resources management. Provide the student with analytical skills to utilize Human Resources metrics and technological applications to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment, training, development and retention of human resources. Enable the graduates to apply techniques in talent management, recruitment and compensation planning.
