The International Hotel Management and Culinary Creativity programme is addressed to candidates who have successfully completed High School studies and its final aim is to train future professionals in Operational Management in any hotel department. [+]

Goal: Being introduced to management through the association of theoretical aspects and professional experience. In an international environment, students learn Management techniques, tools and team-leading; How to develop their professional, legal, economic and linguistic abilities with the goal of being an operational manager in a company. The International Hotel Management and Culinary Creativity programme is addressed to candidates who have successfully completed High School studies and its final aim is to train future professionals in Operational Management in any hotel department. The duration of the programme is 3 years and includes 12 months of intern­ship in three to five star hotels in Spain as well as world­wide. Students will acquire experience associated with the reality of their future profession, develop teamwork aptitudes and gain experience in their desired future en­vironment. Degrees 1. UCJC Degree 2. VATEL Degree certified by the French State 3. Culinary Creativity Certificate by the Ferran Adrià Chair of Gastronomic Culture and Food Sciences. Initial career opportunities: Operational management positions in any hotel department. Duration of studies: 3 years Internships: 12 months distributed in three years, in 3 to 5 star hotels selected by Vatel in the following areas: Housekeeping & Front Office, Service & Kitchen and Mid­dle Management. Language: English (non native English speaking students must have B2 level in English). The Bachelor Degree in International Hotel Management program is intended for candidates who have successfully passed high school studies and aims eventually to train future professionals in operations management department for any hotel. The program duration is 3 years and 12 months combined with practices in hotels three to five stars in Spain and in the world. Acquire, thus related to the reality of their future profession, experiences develop teamwork skills and experience the environment you are targeting. Title: Title VATEL certified by the French State. Career Outlook: Perform operational management positions in any hotel department. Duration of studies: 3 years Practice: Distributed to 12 months over the three years in hotels 3-5 stars selected by Vatel. The practices are structured as follows: - 1st year of study - BED AND RECEPTION (4 months, from May to August) in a hotel in Spain. - 2nd year of study - ROOM AND KITCHEN (4 months, from May to August) preferably in a hotel in an English-speaking country. - 3rd year of study - JEFATURIA INTERMEDIATE (6 months, from March to August) in a hotel anywhere in the world.
