BIMM Berlin

Introduction

The BIMM Institute is the UK and Ireland’s best-connected modern music college, and now we’ve branched out into Europe’s coolest city — Berlin — making BIMM the best-connected college in Europe!

Our students can make their education a pan-European affair, as all courses offer students the option of studying in BIMM London in the 2nd year of study. This means that students can get experience, connections and a head start in the two centres of the European music industry.

We offer high-value UK bachelor degrees validated by the University of West London: BA (Hons) Creative Musicianship courses in Drums, Bass, Vocals and Guitar, as well as BA (Hons) Music Business, BA (Hons) Music Event Management, BA (Hons) Songwriting and BA (Hons) Music Production courses all taught in English.

BIMM’s in one of the most highly-regarded and high-spec music facilities in Berlin, managed by its partner Noisy Musicworld.

We offer suites of the latest Mac and Ableton equipment and some of the most impressive rehearsal rooms in the city.

Noisy is also incredibly well-linked to Berlin’s music world, and students can tap right into their connections. Moreover, the beautiful converted warehouse building that houses BIMM is also home to a number of Berlin’s important ticketing agencies, radio stations and recording studios.

The college is right in the middle of the vibrant and creative Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district. Here cultures clash, events and festivals bloom, and cutting-edge music plays all day long.
