Concepts in acting, gesture, 2D and 3D form are also explored from the traditional to the digital, and from the roughly conceptual to the polished and professional. Students are also introduced to the visual language of filmmaking and explore the magic of effects and systems such as motion capture, one of the techniques used in some of the most recent blockbuster films. The 3D Animation unit delves deeper into the acting and storytelling aspects of the art.
