Haskayne offers the Bachelor of Commerce degree with a choice of 18 concentrations. Your Concentration Within a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree, there are core business courses that are required for all BComm students. In addition, Haskayne offers you the opportunity of choosing from one of the 18 concentrations listed below. A Bachelor of Commerce concentration represents a focus on material within the business discipline, which allows you to specialize in an area of your choice. When you initially applied to Haskayne you chose a concentration, but this concentration may be changed in a subsequent term following the admission term. Haskayne program advisors can provide you with more information regarding concentration changes. The Co-op program requires 12-16 months of supervised work experience in addition to the four year degree program. Not only do you have access to more than 6,000 online business journals, the Business Library also offers thousands of company, industry, and market reports. Mentorship Program: The Haskayne Mentorship Program provides a unique and valuable opportunity for Haskayne undergraduate students to be paired with established business professionals throughout the Calgary community. Community Service Learning: Combine your classroom learning with volunteer work that achieves community goals, and see first-hand how your academic learning relates to social issues.
