The programme provides both theoretical and practical knowledge within graphic design and visual communication. Typography, image composition, chromatics and basic design principles are combined with practical experience in software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. The programme will give you the knowledge and skills to design and develop interactive web applications for various devices and platforms, with a clear focus on usability. You will learn techniques including HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as developing and adapting database-driven publication tools such as WordPress. The programme also includes courses in information architecture and interaction design.
