Antigua and Barbuda have three phases namely undergraduate, masters and PhD. Through this higher-level education, students are able to get knowledge and skills on how to deal with real life problems especially in the corporate world. In addition, the higher education not only equips students with the country solutions but also international problems.

A bachelor's degree is given to students who fulfill the necessary requirements given by the college or university they are attending. The requirements include three to seven years of focus on a subject, typically referred to as a major or concentration.
